1.It is mandatory to register for getting tution or teacher for parents and teachers

*For 1year validity- 500 only
*For 2 years validity- 700 only
*For 4years validity- 900 only
*For lifetime validity- 1000 only

2.For the next two months, payments to the tutor will be managed by the Bureau. Direct payments to the tutor are not allowed during this period.

3.The Bureau will charge a service fee of ₹500/- along with the first month’s fee, applicable for one session only.

4.The demo session will be conducted for two days. Charges for the demo session will only apply if the demo is confirmed. No charges will be incurred if the demo is not finalized.

5.After the demo session, you must inform the Bureau if you wish to continue with the tutor. The next class will only be scheduled upon confirmation.
6.If you bypass the Bureau and establish a direct tie-up with the tutor, the Bureau will no longer take any responsibility for that tutor in the future. Additionally, no tutors will be provided to you by the Bureau in the future.
For Varanasi City
General Conditions:
Fee Payment: Clients must pay 100% of the first month’s tuition fee in two monthly installments.
Payment to Associates (Tutors): Associates receive their first two months’ fees from the bureau, not directly from the guardian.
Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable.
Validity of Registration: Registrations remain valid until February.
Short-Term Tuition Fee:
A 20% fee applies for short-term tuitions (e.g., exam prep, specific times), capped at a maximum of 5 months’ collection.
If tuition is missed due to the teacher’s fault, only 50% of the fee will be collected.
If tuition is missed due to the guardian’s personal issue, 20% of the total collection will be taken.
No Guarantee of Placement: Registration with the bureau does not guarantee placement or assure tuition. The registration fee is for maintaining records and informing about suitable tuitions.
Disciplinary Actions: The bureau reserves the right to take any disciplinary action.
Compliance: Associates must comply with all rules and regulations set by the bureau.
